Loop Intelligence LEARNING OPERATIONS FOR OPTIMISED PERFORMANCE Book a seat
The Install Day · Adelaide

You'll walk out with an AI that runs your business, not a subscription.

One day. Your own laptop. By 4pm you have an assistant that knows your trade, reads your email, fills your forms and remembers what it learns. It's yours. There's nothing to cancel.

Why this room is different

Most AI training sells you a tool. This one hands over the keys.

The difference is ownership. At the end of the day the whole thing sits on your hard drive — the assistant, its memory of your business, every skill it carries. Shut the laptop and it's still yours.

What you're doing now

  • Paying monthly for software three people actually open
  • Typing the same quote, docket and roster by hand every week
  • Every approval, every answer, routed through you
  • Starting from scratch each time the technology shifts
  • An AI chat window that forgets you between tabs

What you leave with

  • An assistant installed on your machine that you own outright
  • It remembers your business, your clients and your rules
  • Connected to the email, calendar and accounting you already pay for
  • It drives a browser, so even portals with no integration get worked
  • A printed handbook, so you can do it again without me
The day, hour by hour

We don't do slides. You build the thing while I stand behind you.

Every hour has a finish line you can see on your own screen. If yours isn't working, we don't move on.

8:45

Arrive, coffee, laptop open

Bring the laptop you actually work on. We check you can install software on it before anyone sits down — that's the one thing that derails a day.

9:00

Install

The editor, the assistant, and the skill library. One block of text, pasted once. Finish line: it says hello to you by name.

10:00

Teach it your business

Seven questions about your trade, your customers and the job that wastes your week. It writes the answers to a memory it keeps forever. This is the half hour that decides how good everything after it is.

10:45

Connect your real software

Email, calendar, accounting, storage. You sign in once each. Finish line: it reads your actual inbox back to you and tells you which three emails need answering today.

11:30

Build one: the job you hate

The report you pull by hand every Monday, the quote you retype, the roster you rebuild. You pick it, we build it together. One on one, at your shoulder.

12:30

Lunch, provided

Half the value of the room is the other eleven people in it. Nobody eats at their desk.

13:15

Build two: you drive

Second build, your hands on the keyboard, me on call. This is the one that proves you can do it again on Monday without me in the room.

14:30

Show the room

Everyone demonstrates what they built in two minutes. You'll leave with three ideas you didn't walk in with.

15:00

Handover and handbook

We back up your setup, you get the printed handbook, and we write down the next three things you should automate. Done.

Trades & civil

Dockets, permits, scheduling, compliance paperwork, payroll from timesheets.

Professional services

Proposals, client reporting, invoicing chase-ups, research and tender writing.

Anyone drowning in admin

If the job is repetitive and lives in a computer, it's a candidate.

Pricing, published

You shouldn't have to ring someone to find out what it costs.

Everything below includes the day, lunch, the printed handbook, the full skill library and two weeks of follow-up by email.

Enquire

One thing to budget for separately: the assistant runs on a Claude subscription, about A$155 a month, paid to Anthropic rather than to me. You'll need it on the day. I'll tell you how to sign up before you arrive, and it's the only ongoing cost there is.

Who's running it

I'm not an agency. I run a traffic control company.

Most people teaching AI have never had to make payroll on a Thursday. I’m an electrician by trade. Since 2019 I’ve been running multiple companies — an end-to-end civil construction company, an asset hire business and a traffic management business, all out of Adelaide. Crews, trucks, permits, dockets, the lot.

I built this assistant for my own business because the admin was eating me alive. It now reads our bookings out of Traffio, turns site photos into timesheets, writes the permit applications that go to the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, pushes payroll into Xero, and chases the invoices I used to forget about.

None of that was a demo. It was the only way to stop working Sundays.

So when you tell me the quoting process is killing you, I'm not guessing. I've had the same week you're having, and I've built the thing that fixed it. That's what I'm handing over.

Nobody in this trade needs another dashboard. They need the paperwork to stop. Adrian Ractliffe · Loop Intelligence, a division of Drillzilla Pty Ltd

The honest answers

Do I need to be any good with computers?

No. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this day. There's one point where you paste a block of text into a box, and I'll be standing next to you when you do it.

What you do need is a laptop you're allowed to install software on. If your IT department locks it down, bring a personal one instead.

What's the catch on the ongoing cost?

There's one, and I'd rather you heard it now: the assistant runs on a Claude subscription of roughly A$155 a month, paid directly to Anthropic. Nothing comes to me after the day.

If that number doesn't work for your business, don't book. I'd rather tell you in advance than take your money.

Will it actually work for my trade, or is this a city-office thing?

It's built for trades first, because that's the business I run. Dockets, rosters, permits, compliance paperwork, quoting, chasing payment.

That said, the day isn't industry specific — the assistant learns whatever business you describe to it. Electricians, accountants, gyms and engineers have all got the same value out of the same six hours.

What if I get stuck next week?

Two weeks of email support is included, and the handbook has a troubleshooting section covering the things that actually go wrong.

The bigger answer: the assistant is its own best troubleshooter. Describe what broke in plain English and it diagnoses itself. That's deliberate — I'm teaching you to not need me.

Is my business data safe?

Anything you paste in is sent to Anthropic for processing, the same as any cloud service you already use. The assistant itself lives on your machine, and its memory of your business is plain text files on your own hard drive.

On the day I'll show you how to start connectors read-only, watch what they do, and widen access once you trust them. Keep passwords in a password manager, not in the chat.

What if I come and it's rubbish?

If you get to lunch and you've decided it isn't for you, tell me and I'll refund the day in full. You keep the handbook.

I'd rather carry that risk than have you sit through an afternoon you've written off.

Twelve seats, six hours, and you own what you build.

Tell me what's eating your week and I'll tell you honestly whether a day in this room fixes it.
